These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Homericly Roofing website and the roofing services we provide. Please read them carefully. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Homericly Roofingprovides residential and commercial roofing services including roof installation, replacement, repair, emergency services, gutter services, and related inspections. The specific scope, pricing, timeline, and conditions for each project are set forth in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties (“Project Agreement”).

These Terms apply to your general use of our website and are supplemental to, not a replacement for, any Project Agreement you sign with us.

2. Estimates and Proposals

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during work may result in a change order, which will be presented to you before additional work begins.
• We do not begin work without a signed Project Agreement and, where required, a deposit.
• Insurance supplements — additional amounts approved by your insurer after work begins — are subject to the terms of your Project Agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are specified in your Project Agreement.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accounts past due by more than 30 days accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, whichever is less.
• You are responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred to recover unpaid amounts.
• We accept credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and approved financing. A convenience fee may apply to credit card payments above $1,000.

4. Scheduling and Access

• You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment.
• You are responsible for removing or securing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other movable property from work areas prior to the scheduled start date.
• Work schedules are subject to weather delays. We will contact you as soon as practicable if a rescheduling is necessary.
• If you reschedule a confirmed appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled start, a rescheduling fee may apply as specified in your Project Agreement.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Our workmanship warranty details, manufacturer material warranties, and coverage terms are described fully on our Warranty page. Warranties are provided to the original property owner and are not transferable unless stated otherwise.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by: acts of God, subsequent modifications by others, failure to perform recommended maintenance, improper use, or conditions not disclosed to us at the time of installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homericly Roofing’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Insurance

Homericly Roofingmaintains general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage as required by Texas law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. You may view our current license and insurance status on our Licenses page.

8. Website Use

• The content on our website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding quote or contract.
• You may not use our website to scrape data, reverse engineer our systems, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this website for its intended purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Homericly Roofing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
