Clay Tile Roof Restoration & Recoat
This clay tile roof had extensive lichen, moss, and biological growth covering the majority of the tile surface, with significant weathering and color loss throughout.
The restoration involved a full high-pressure soft wash treatment and application of a biocidal wash to eliminate organic growth at the root level.
Repointing of the ridge capping was completed before a two-coat terracotta roof membrane recoat was applied across the entire surface.
The result brought the roof back to a vibrant, uniform finish with improved water-shedding performance and an extended service life of 10–15 years.
“We couldn't believe it was the same roof. The crew was thorough, tidy, and the finished color is even better than when the house was built. Absolutely worth every cent.”
