Account and project data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus seven years. Marketing-only data is deleted within twelve (12) months of your last interaction or upon opt-out request.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
