Homericly Roofing(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.   • Payment information — credit card or bank account details processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Communications — records of emails, chat messages, text messages, and phone calls you have with our team.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, referral URLs, and interaction events.
  • Location data — approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates without your explicit consent.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Reviews and ratings from Google, Yelp, and similar platforms.

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling a service, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded calls and text messages (SMS) from Homericly Roofing at the number you provide, including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. These communications may include appointment confirmations, inspection reminders, project updates, warranty information, and promotional offers related to our roofing services.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers — payment processors, CRM and scheduling software, email and SMS delivery platforms, analytics providers, and cloud hosting. These parties process data only on our behalf and under written data-processing agreements.
  • Insurance companies — with your authorization, we share inspection reports and damage documentation to support your insurance claim.
  • Subcontractors — licensed subcontractors who assist with project completion receive only the information necessary to perform their work.
  • Legal compliance — we disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the safety and rights of our customers and employees.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred to a new privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

5.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, share, or sell.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to certain exceptions).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

5.2 All Users

  • Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or text STOP to opt out of SMS.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer records for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with contractor licensing, tax, and warranty obligations. Account and project data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus seven years. Marketing-only data is deleted within twelve (12) months of your last interaction or upon opt-out request.


7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.


8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
