Roofing Installer
Install residential and commercial roofing systems with our certified crew. Training available for motivated candidates with no prior experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Available Mon–Sat
Lead Installer / Foreman
Lead a crew of 3–6 installers on residential projects. You'll be responsible for quality, safety, and daily scheduling.
Requirements
- 3+ years residential roofing experience
- Crew leadership experience
- OSHA 10 or willing to obtain
- Strong communication skills
Roofing Sales Representative
Run inspections, present estimates, and close residential roofing projects. We provide a steady lead flow — you bring the people skills.
Requirements
- Sales experience (roofing a plus)
- Own vehicle
- Self-motivated
- CRM proficiency preferred
Project Coordinator
Coordinate between sales, crews, suppliers, and customers. Keep projects on schedule and customers informed. The nerve center of our operation.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer-facing communication experience
- CRM or PM software experience
- Detail-oriented
