Manufacturer Material Warranty
Premium shingles from GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed carry lifetime non-prorated warranties when installed by a certified contractor.

- Algae resistance (where specified)
- Wind resistance up to rated MPH
- Color consistency and fading (selected products)

System Warranty (Premium)
Available on qualifying GAF and Owens Corning system installs — covers both labor AND materials under a single warranty with enhanced wind and algae protection.

What Is Not Covered
We believe in honest warranty language. Here is what falls outside our coverage — so there are no surprises.
- Damage caused by acts of nature exceeding the warranty's rated parameters (e.g., direct hurricane strike)
- Damage caused by falling objects, fire, or other external events
- Damage resulting from modifications made by any party other than us after installation
- Failure to perform recommended maintenance (annual inspection, gutter cleaning)
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of installation
- Normal wear consistent with the age of the roof
- Damage from foot traffic, HVAC installation, or other trades working on your roof after our work
