Storms Don’t Wait. Neither Do We.
Colorado’s high winds, hailstorms, and rapid temperature swings create roof damage that is often invisible from the ground — and expensive if left unaddressed. We assess and repair storm damage across all 11 counties of the Front Range.
What Colorado Wind & Hail Does to a Roof.
Colorado sees some of the most intense hailstorms in the country — particularly along the Front Range. Hailstones above ¾ inch in diameter can bruise, crack, and fracture asphalt shingles, compromising their waterproofing long before a leak appears.
High winds — particularly in the foothills and open Front Range corridor — can lift shingles at the seal points, separate flashings, and drive rain or snow under the roofing system. Damage that looks cosmetic after a wind event is often structural underneath.
Our inspectors are trained specifically for Colorado storm damage patterns. We look at what matters: bruising depth, granule loss, flashing integrity, and ridge cap condition — not just obvious surface damage.
Signs of Storm Damage
Missing or lifted shingles after a wind event
Visible granule loss in gutters after hail
Dented metal vents, flashings, or gutters
Water stains on interior ceilings (delayed sign)
Daylight visible in attic after storm
Debris impact marks on shingles
Separated or cracked flashing at chimney or skylights
Don’t see obvious damage but had a recent storm? Call us. The most costly storm damage is often invisible until the next heavy rain.
