At the adjuster visit: we attend your adjuster appointment and walk the roof with the adjuster, pointing out damage items that may be overlooked. We advocate for every item your policy covers — including items adjusters sometimes miss.
After the settlement: we review the settlement offer line by line with you. If it appears low or incomplete, we help you request a re-inspection or file a supplemental claim for any items missed in the initial review.
